- The bottle is received empty
In such cases, a full refund will be processed after verification.

If the fragrance does not meet your personal preference, refunds will not be issued. However, you can request an exchange as per our Exchange Policy.

- The product must be sent back to our provided address
- Once we receive the returned parcel, a replacement perfume will be dispatched to you
